Natick – December 11, 2023 — Parsons Commercial Group, a full service commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian DiFederico as its new Chief Financial Officer.
As a key member of the executive management team, DiFederico will play a strategic role in the overall management of the company and is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities.
DiFederico brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, with a background in accounting and a proven track record in financial management. Prior to joining Parsons Commercial Group, DiFederico served as an audit manager with Bollus Lynch LLP, where he led financial statement audits for non-profit organizations and for-profit companies.

Before joining Parsons Commercial Group, DiFederico attended Bryant University, where he earned a B.S. in Accounting, and later continued his education at Assumption College, receiving his Master’s in Business Administration. His dedication to his field is underscored by obtaining his CPA license and amassing twelve years of experience in public accounting.
