NATICK, MA — September 10, 2026 — NAI | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston is pleased to announce that Chase Bagley has joined the firm as an Associate Advisor of Brokerage, where he will focus on commercial leasing and investment sales throughout southern Massachusetts and northern Rhode Island.
Bagley previously served as an intern with NAI Parsons Commercial Group Boston, where he gained direct experience supporting brokerage assignments, conducting market research and identifying commercial real estate opportunities. After demonstrating his capabilities and becoming a valuable contributor to the team, Bagley was brought on in a full-time brokerage capacity in August 2026.

In his new role, Bagley will work with property owners, occupiers and investors on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, providing market-driven guidance tailored to each client’s real estate objectives. His focus on southern Massachusetts and northern Rhode Island further strengthens NAI Parsons Commercial Group Boston’s brokerage coverage and ability to serve clients across an important and active commercial real estate corridor.
Bagley earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Rhode Island College of Business in May 2026. His background in finance, combined with his commercial real estate experience, provides a strong foundation for evaluating opportunities, understanding market dynamics and advising clients through complex real estate decisions.
