Westborough, MA — March 16, 2023 — SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 28,000 square foot industrial building along Route 9 at 80 Turnpike Road in Westborough, Massachusetts for $2.65 million.
Associate Advisor, Ryan Parsons, of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the seller, 80 Turnpike, LLC, and procured the buyer, Bornbam Associates, LLC in the transaction.
The Buyer and Seller worked together to retain a special permit through the town of Westborough. The new owners plan to make some modifications to the property for their own use in the coming months.
80 Turnpike Road is a two story 28,000 square foot flex building that includes second floor office space. The building has over 70 parking spots and offers a 90 degree dock for grade level and dock high loading.

Parsons Commercial Group acquired this property in 1997 for $1.2 million. Since that purchase the building has housed a multitude of different businesses.
